We are currently hiring for the following career opportunities:

Maintenance Team Member
The Maintenance Team Member physically implements all landscape maintenance activities on the job site in accordance with pre-established work schedules, specifications, procedures, and standards of quality. Major activities include mowing, edging, weed control, trimming and pruning trees and shrubs, raking debris, and the ability to lift 50lbs on a regular basis. Operates a variety of mechanical equipment including but not limited to edgers, walk behind mowers, blowers, chainsaws, line trimmers and etc. Good communication skills and the ability to work as a team are key attributes for this position. This position reports directly to the Maintenance Crew Leader.

Maintenance Crew Leader
The Crew Leader directs all maintenance activities at the job site in accordance to preestablished schedules, specifications, and procedures established by Company policy and by the specific direction of the Supervisor/Operations Manager. Major activities include mowing, edging, weed control, trimming and pruning trees and shrubs, raking debris, and the ability to lift 50lbs on a regular basis. Operates a variety of mechanical equipment including but not limited to edgers, walk behind mowers, blowers, chainsaws, line trimmers and etc. Good communication skills and the ability to work safely as a team are key attributes for this position; Bi-lingual Spanish/English is a plus. Must have a valid and insurable driver’s license.

Construction Team Member
The Construction Team Member physically implements all landscape construction activities on the job site in accordance with pre-established work schedules, specifications, procedures, and standards of quality. Major activities include installing plants, irrigation, patios, lighting, retaining walls, etc… and the ability to lift 50lbs on a regular basis. Operates a variety of mechanical equipment including but not limited to trenchers, plate compactors, excavators, blowers, chainsaws, line trimmers, etc… Good communication skills and the ability to work safely as a team are key attributes for this position. This position reports directly to the Construction Crew Leader.

Construction Crew Leader
The Construction Crew Leader directs all construction activities at the job site in accordance to pre-established schedules, specifications, and procedures established by Company policy and by the specific direction of the Supervisor/Project Manager. Major activities include installing plants, irrigation, patios, lighting, retaining walls, etc… and the ability to lift 50lbs on a regular basis. Operates a variety of mechanical equipment including but not limited to trenchers, plate compactors, excavators, blowers, chainsaws, line trimmers, etc… Good communication skills, and the ability to work safely as a team are key attributes for this position. Bi-lingual Spanish/English is a plus. Must have a valid and insurable driver’s license.

Maintenance Gardener
The Gardener physically implements all landscape maintenance activities on the job site in accordance with pre-established work schedules, specifications, procedures, and standards of quality. Major activities include mowing and edging, weed control, trimming and pruning trees and shrubs, raking debris, irrigation repairs, and the ability to lift 50lbs on a regular basis. Operates a variety of mechanical equipment including but not limited to edgers, walk behind mowers, blowers, chainsaws, line trimmers and etc. Good communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work safely as a team and individually are key attributes for this position. Bi-lingual Spanish/English is a plus. This position reports directly to the Field Supervisor/Operations Manager.

Maintenance Field Supervisor
The Maintenance Field Supervisor assists the Operations Managers to oversee and support the activities of 3-5 maintenance crews. Major activities include the daily scheduling of crews, training crew members, time spent on-site with crews coaching on the technical aspects of maintenance, landscape maintenance duties, such as mowing, fertilizer application, weed control, aeration, clean-up work, trimming and pruning. This position must ensure company standards and customer quality expectations are met on each job, including property inspections. Operates a variety of mechanical equipment including but not limited to edgers, walk behind mowers, blowers, chainsaws, line trimmers and etc. Good communication skills and the ability to work safely as a team are key attributes for this position; Bi-lingual Spanish/English is a plus. Must have a valid and insurable driver’s license. This position reports directly to the Operations Manager.

Client Relations Manager
The Client Relations Manager proactively develops and manages relationships with clients, identifies and executes any actions necessary in order to retain clients, and to grow a portfolio. Primary metrics for measurement and compensation are retention/renewal of clients, enhancement/upgrade sales to clients, growth of portfolio (via referral sales and outside sales). Must be a self starter, possess exceptional organizational and communication skill, and possess a valid and insurable driver’s license. This position reports directly to the President.

Operations Manager
The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing and supporting all activities for 3-5 maintenance crews including the daily scheduling of crews, training crew members, time spent on-site with crews coaching on the technical aspects of maintenance, landscape maintenance duties, such as mowing, fertilizer application, weed control, aeration, clean-up work, trimming and pruning.
